1. Using Fomibee

These terms cover the Fomibee app and public website. By using them, you agree to these terms and the applicable store terms. If you are unable to enter a binding agreement yourself, use the service only with the permission and supervision required by the law where you live.

Fomibee provides virtual study environments, notebooks, timers, planning tools, and study achievements. Its city-inspired spaces are creative interpretations. They are not official representations of, or affiliations with, the libraries, cafés, landmarks, or countries that inspire them.

The app is in development. This website does not imply the app is already available in a particular store, that every previewed feature is released, or that a launch date has been set.

Fomibee is a general study service; this pre-release app is not offered as a child-directed service. You must meet the age and consent requirements that apply where you live. If you cannot enter these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must provide any legally required permission. We do not offer a dedicated children’s account or a school-managed account under these terms.

2. Guest mode and accounts

You can use supported guest features without an account. Some connected features and subscriptions require an account and an internet connection. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use only accounts and purchases you are authorized to use.

Guest and signed-in workspaces are separate. Signing in does not automatically transfer guest work. Signing out does not delete a saved workspace. You are responsible for choosing appropriate backups or exports of work you need to keep.

3. Your notes belong to you

You retain your rights in the text, handwriting, images, and other content you add. You give Fomibee and its service providers permission to store, process, format, display to you, and synchronize that content as needed to provide the features you choose.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not include someone else’s sensitive information without appropriate permission. You control when to export or share notebook pages and achievement images; you are responsible for the recipient or destination you select.

The Fomibee name, logo, app design, code, and original environment assets remain protected by their owners’ rights. These terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose, rather than ownership of those materials. Third-party software and media retain their own licenses.

4. Keep the space considerate

Do not use Fomibee to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, harass others, bypass paid access, interfere with room reservations, scrape private data, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace or misuse authentication, purchases, or technical access controls.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. Study stamps, streaks, and achievements are motivational records. They have no cash value and are not academic qualifications.

5. Fomibee Plus and store purchases

Where available, optional monthly and annual Plus plans unlock the features described in the app’s purchase screen. The store presents the actual localized price, billing period, applicable taxes, and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm a purchase. This website does not set a fixed price or promise an offer.

A monthly plan is billed for one month at a time; an annual plan is billed for one year at a time, as shown by the store. An annual total is not a promise of monthly installments. Any free trial or introductory period exists only when it is expressly offered on that purchase screen, which also shows the price and period that follow it.

• Payment and renewal: the original app store processes payment. An auto-renewing subscription continues for its stated billing period until canceled in accordance with that store’s terms and the conditions shown at purchase. Cancel before the next renewal date. For an Apple free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
• Canceling: manage or cancel through Apple or Google Play. Uninstalling Fomibee, signing out, or deleting an app account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancellation generally preserves access for the remaining paid period, subject to the store’s rules.
• Restoring access: use Restore purchases in the supported native app with the appropriate store and Fomibee accounts. A web preview does not initiate store purchases or restore transactions.
• Refunds and billing disputes: requests are handled through the original store and applicable consumer law. Fomibee cannot promise a refund or override store decisions.
• Plan changes and pricing: manage plan changes in the original store. Future prices or subscription terms may change with the notice and consent required by the store and applicable law.

6. Connected services

Optional YouTube playback, live city weather, store purchases, cloud accounts, and hosting depend on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Content may become unavailable, playback may include advertising, and weather information may be delayed or incorrect.

Fomibee’s weather and virtual environments are intended to support the study experience. Do not rely on them for travel safety, real-world navigation, or weather-related decisions. Fomibee does not control external websites or media.

7. Availability and your saved work

We aim to provide a useful, reliable study space, but uninterrupted operation, accurate weather, permanent storage, or a particular focus or educational outcome is not guaranteed. Features can vary by device, platform, build, network, and service configuration.

Development builds may contain unfinished features or errors. Keep copies of important notes. If a save or sync operation reports an error, do not assume your latest changes reached another device. Exporting a note creates a separate file; it is not a full account backup.

8. Ending use and deleting information

You may stop using the service at any time. Guest data can be cleared from the app’s Profile screen. See the privacy policy and account and data deletion page for available controls, development limitations, and records that may remain with stores, providers, backups, or export recipients.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, rights to refunds, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited where you live. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our privacy policy explains information handling and privacy choices. These terms do not prevent you from contacting a competent regulator or exercising rights provided by applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as Fomibee develops, update the date on this page, and give additional notice where required. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions remain subject to store rules and applicable law.

These terms identify the service as Fomibee. The operator’s verified legal identity and monitored contact details are still being prepared and must be published before public app release. For current guidance, visit Fomibee support or the account and data deletion page. This development website does not yet accept support or privacy requests through a form or email address.
